Clinical Range Cases

Cases with intake scores above the clinical cutoff score are said to be in the clinical range. Cases in the clinical range can be expected to show improvement with treatment.

So long as the questionnaires scores remain the clinical range, the probability remains greater than 50% that the scores will improve with further treatment. As scores drop into the "normal range", additional treatment tends not to result in further improvement, as measured by the outcome questionnaires.
