How can I use my outcome data to market my results?

Many providers participating in the ACORN collaboration use their practice based evidence of high value treatment to promote their services and negotiate favorable contracts.

One of the major advantages of ACORN participation is that the outcome data is validated and the results are reported, using a standardized methodology consisting of state of the art statistical procedures which are well documented in a series of articles appearing in peer reviewed journals. The independent researchers associated with the ACORN collaboration are able to provide documentation to you validating your results.

The ACORN Criteria for Effectiveness (ACE) Certificate is an example of a certificate available to individual clinicians.

Tufts Health Plan will also be exploring ways to increase referrals to those providers with practice based evidence of effectiveness and value.
